- Mass Humanities makes Project Grants to support public humanities projects that benefit and engage Massachusetts residents. Project formats include but are not limited to: Humanities-based civic conversations; Public lectures, conferences, and panel discussions; Discussion events and series (reading-and-discussion, film-and-discussion, etc.); Museum exhibitions and related programming; Pre- and post-performance discussions for theatrical productions; Oral history projects; Walking tours; Audio projects; Film pre-production and distribution projects; Interactive websites that function as public humanities programs; Content-based professional development workshops for teachers |

Artists Resource Trust Fund for Individuals |
Applications for an unrestricted fellowship are invited from individual artists (painters, sculptors, printmakers, photographers and artists using mixed media) who have demonstrated financial need. The fellowships may support any expense that enhances the artist's ability to create his/her work such as supplies, materials, equipment, rent, travel, residencies, etc. This is tailored to mid-career artists. |
